AFT.KUTC Backoffice is used by authorized staff and administrators to manage member accounts, student records, attendance workflows, activity operations, role-based access, audit trails, and operational security review.

When Google Sign-In is used, the application accesses only basic Google account data such as Google account ID, name, email address, and profile image for authentication, matching an existing backoffice account, optional account linking, and security monitoring.
